"Dreams (Along The Trail) came out as a surprise for us all. Instead of working on a demo version first and then add all the ornaments and layouts as we usually do, the whole band started to play along this acoustic riffs and very simple flute melody that Rosarius had, and that felt like an intriguing leitmotiv. We rehearsed it a couple of times, but it was only when Rosarius found the spellbinding guitar melody for the bridge section that the song really reached its full potential and unveiled its magic. Isn't it what dreams are all about?"

ANGELLORE TO COVER ESTATIC FEAR'S "CHAPTER V"!

Hello everyone,

18 months ago, Angellore was contacted by a devoted community of Estatic Fear fans and asked to contribute to "With Solemn Hope Imbued", a tribute album which would contain Estatic Fear covers played by bands from the entire world (from South Korea to Iran, from Ukraine to Mexico, from Morocco to Norway, etc.).

As Estatic Fear's music has always been very important for us all (our drummer Ronnie even considers "A Sombre Dance" as one of the very best albums ever made), we gladly accepted to get involved in this wonderful project and submit our cover, that is now 95% finished.

Our cover won't be available anywhere apart from the "With Solemn Hope Imbued" album. The organizers now need a bit of help to complete the project. Don't hesitate to contribute, share and bring support This great project definitely deserves to see the light of day.

C'est incroyable, vous pouvez dire que ce groupe existe depuis longtemps et peut composer un album de doom du milieu des années 90, avec des fealings, des mouvements électroniques et des personnages, tout comme les idoles que nous écoutions à l'époque. C'est un album brillant, nous n'entendons pas de tels films de nos jours parce que la plupart des châtiments de la mort y sont comme un vrai toucher du matin. C'est l'un des rares albums à l'avoir encore, il a une âme 90's.


This is amazing, you can tell that this band has been around long and can compose mid 90's doom album, whit fealings,e motions and characters, just like idols what we listened in the days. This is briliant album, we dont hear such nowadays because most death doom are way to death there as true doom mornful touch. Its one of rare albums what still has it , it has 90's soul.

The opening track is stellar, to the extent that it somewhat overshadows the rest of the record, but this is a generally very strong effort for the genre.

This has a tad much atmosphere. The female vocals though. They had me moved close to tears. I'm also a huge fan of the withered, sickly, male clean vocals on "A Romance Of Thorns". And while the song structures seem basic these guys are insanely creative with a lot of ideas. I love the cute touch of xylophone on the sixth track.
