Rex Irae never ceases to remember me how much advanced Celtic Frost music was for the time... when I was a baby so took me several years to start knowing it and appreciate it. Many good things that we love today (like Therion) were "born" in these works. This release was very welcome.

I really like this as an album; however if I paid to see them and this was the entirety of their set, I'd be disappointed.

I mean, this was played on Roadburn. Like a hundred of other bands were playing there. They had an hour in the schedule, they took a bit less, but that was to be expected.
