Originally this album was released 1991 with the name II (someone call it Stratovarius II), in 1992 it was re-issued with the name Twilight Time but the only things were changed were only the cover of the album and the title of it. If you don't consider these aspects II and Twilight Time are the same album.
Although there's a photo of the new bassist, Jari Behm, in the booklet, Timo Tolkki played all the bass parts on this album. |

This album is so much better than 7.3. If you want to go by typical Metalstorm ratings this one should be more like an 8.4.
