Both albums released together in one Super Jewel Box case with 3 live and 1 studio bonus tracks.

CD1:
- Tracks 1-13 taken from the 1998 'Grind Bastard' album.
- Tracks 14-16 are special live bonus tracks. Taken from the 1994 'The Grotesque / Ashen Epitaph' EP.
The live tracks were recorded during a short live session with a select audience to help prepare new drummer at that time Paul Brookes for a forth coming tour.

CD2:
- Tracks 1-12 taken from the 2001 'Organised Chaos' album.
- Track 13 is a bonus track originally from the 1998 'Grind Bastard' album.

Both albums were recorded at Square Centre Studios.
