Well...it sure isn't good, primarily due to the mixing and production. Instrumentally it's not as atrocious as the ratings indicate though.

All I can say about this album is that it has melodies that I enjoyed and the album cover is cool. But, most of the time it was tedious, cheesy, unoriginal, and poorly produced

LARPing as non-power metal defenders after having admitted that this is undefendable situation? I haven'y heard it myself but I wont doubt the rating either.

I barely understand your first sentence, had to look up what LARPing is.
Just kidding anyway, nevertheless power metal fans are rather too sensitive sometimes so I made that silly statement.

Oh dear, well there's no other way to say it, the mix is absolutely pathetic. Where's the high end? Why does everything sounds so tame? It sounds so "nasally" and flat. The levels are so unbalanced in-between the individual components, there's so much inconsistency. Did someone forget the un-bypass most of the compressors? Did anyone even attempt to deal with all the MUD? Dude you can't come out with a poorly mixed power metal record in this day and age, there are so many problems to point out... I need to stop myself here, I could go on and on.

DOOOD and the vocals, I almost feel bad for trashing on this so hard, but the vocals are... let's just say they're not good a lot of the time, aight? The mix certainly doesn't help, but there's too much cheese in the vocals, and that just doesn't work when almost everything else around it is so flat. And there's some mismatch of voices too. The instrumental performances aren't too bad, solos are pretty good dare I say, some riffs here and there, fills and what not, but most of the time it's still just boring. Sometimes I feel like they are falling asleep while they're playing. Ugh. You know I actually feel sorry for everyone involved but better luck next time.
