You were not wrong. This is my album of the month for sure. Haven't heard anything else that comes close yet in 2021. Insane songwriting and it doesn't hurt that the lower growls are reminiscent of the great Dan Swanö.

Yeah, this combines all the elements from the groundbreaking Death Metal albums of the Old School era (North From Here, The Red In The Sky, Focus, Nespithe) and the result is quite unique.
