Who know, maybe that Blood Stain Child will become one day the new In Flames or the new Children Of Bodom. After all, their music is quite similar so why not? Though the big difference between these three bands is that Blood Stain Child doesn't come from Scandinavia but from Osaka, Japan. "Idolator" is the 3rd album of the Nippon and for sure, all the ones who like our two Nordic monsters will like this release (even if we cannot say that BSC didn't take a lot of risks with this album).

I notice that this album is VERY underrated here. There are so many great tracks on this one, and the melodies are awesome and unique. I recommend this to anyone who dislikes their newer "techno" sounds but likes any kind of extreme power metal or whatever you may call it.

Extreme power metal? Do I just not understand genre classifications?
For me, this is just Gothenburg with some "techno" added in.

I really like this album, because it includes enough of the techno elements to make it sound unique, but doesn't go full electronicore like Epsilon for example. This album feels like a metal release rather than a techno/trance release. It has a great balance of both the electronic and metal elements!
