My favorite album of Balance Of Power this album brings some of my favorite songs of this band is Under The Spell, a shame that disinvestment many years ago

Amazing prog/power metal, just what I look for and back in 1999, the record must have been something really good. It doesn't bring anything new even back then, but it's perfectly done and the market wasn't saturated with prog & power metal bands. The album stands well even today and based on the rating, I am surprised that this is rated lower than it's predecessor "Book Of Secrets". I think this one is way better.

More of the same as on Book of Secrets, not equally in love with this one even if it's at times great. A couple of fillers drags it down for me.
