I think this album is underrated in terms of death metal albums from this era, I never really thought of Sinister as a household name in death metal, I always thought of Pestilence, Morbid Angel, Obituary, Suffocation etc. but I couldn't be more wrong, and this album is fantastic, proper old school Death Metal sound, and the vocals are Brutal and remind me alot of the vocals from Suffocation.

Yes! Definitely underrated and just as good as all those other classic bands. Deserves to have at least 200 votes!
You hear Suffocation in the vocals; I hear Nile

I dont fully agree here I guess.
For one, it is not really underrated I would say. I mean, it has an average score of 8.6 here. But you probably rather mean that it is overlooked because not too many people seem to highly acknowledge this album, or the band in general, when it comes to osdm. And that I would agree with.
Second, Sinister "just as good as all those other classic bands". No, I dont think so. The album at hand is quite good, but I would say it is their best. The debut is also good. Well, the rest... not that much I think.
But anyway, nice to see some acknowledgement for this band here.
(Plus, thanks for motivating me to go through their entire disco again right now to update my memory.)

Yeah I meant overlooked.
I've only listened to those two albums, so you're probably right

Go to their other albums. We could proceed in parallel spinning right now. I am gonna reach Hate any minute.

Yes having seen the overall rating it's received, overlooked would be the right word to use rather than my original term underrated I guess
