Cattle Decapitation used to be a very mediocre band, yes I'm just being honest, "Humanure" and "To Serve Man" were the equivalent (in terms of functionality) of your scrotum while having sex, yeah it's fun if you play with it for a while, but what you really want is a lethal dosage of intense penetration and gore…well, you get the idea.

Tracks 4 and 5 have the most brutal, natural gutturals I've ever heard. This is their best album, thanks to the new drummer, and my favorite album from 2009.
A corpse is still a corpse, of course we dine with no remorse
Nutritious, delicious fruit!

Yeah, way better than their last drummer. Btw, in the short making of dvd that's on the cd, I recall that David McGraw bought Michael Laughlin's old car or something like that, haha, or maybe I'm completely wrong and it was something else.
David McGraw is waaaaay faster and more technical, and the riffs on this album changed to incorporate a lot of catchier/melodic riffage, and also the lyrics are really cool to read and the artwork is sick, and Travis Ryan is one of the best vocalists around Hopefully they don't go downhill from here with their next album, but I can definitely see that happening.

Very good, but new album is better. Some really groovy, heavy stuff. A good introduction album.
