Yes, Warning have disbanded. Pat Walker's new band is called 40 Watt Sun.

Yeh it sounds quite bad production wise which is a shame, But damn that song translates so well into an acoustic version.

At Dordrecht Doom Day 2011 40 Watt Sun perforned it again and it was soooooooo eeeeexxxttttrrrreeeeeemmmmeeellllllyyyy awsome.

Not only Warning but also 40 Watt Sun's songs are brilliant in acoustic version. "Carry Me Home" and "Restless" damn, so much emotion.
