Mike Patton. Dave Lombardo. Buzz Osborne. Trevor Dunn. These names alone should make this album a must-have for any serious metal fan. Believe me, this music will satisfy the fans of Faith No More, Slayer, the Melvins and Mr. Bungle, as well as almost any metal enthusiast out there. The world's best vocals, best drums, perhaps the most original guitar and very technical bass have to make any album into a masterpiece. Luckily, these four gentlemen do not simply lay back and rely solely on their phenomenal abilities. Rest assured, this is not a show-off album. This is simply a set of completely wacky and mind-numbingly original tracks.

It's nice but when I relistened after like... years in between I found out I wasn't as impressed as before. Still good stuff though!

I always knew there would be avant-garde metal that's actually "advance vanguard" and "metal" ffs unlike that UneXpect shit. Such an awesome listen this one. The opening and closing couple of tracks are insanely outstanding. Mike Patton truly is god-like. Surprisingly I enjoyed this even more than Mr.Bungle.

Dayum, that twin peaks track is super sexy. Also wondering if the cover song tag is really required here as there are more of their own unique interpretation of those songs rather than just covers.

Indeed it is, that Twin Peaks track. Why do you think that they aren't covers, though? A band's interpretation of a song is exactly what a cover should be, making a song their own.

Because they are heavily reworked, I would call it their own interpretation.

...and I said, a band's own interpretation of a song is what a cover should be. Most are not. A good cover is when a band makes the song sound almost completely different and like their own.
