Listen to this album and you realize how essential John Bonham was to the LZ sound. Those drums must have been shattered and torn after each show. The band is at the top of their game. Good stuff.

I could do without the overindulgent jammy tangents found in some of the songs, but most of this sounds more vital than the studio counterparts. Brimming with energy.
