This is a very forgotten album and I think everyone knows why. It's not the Virgin Steele we all love. I think it's a good listen now and then, it has some stellar guitar work by Jack Starr and I think, despite major flaws in the songwriting, it's a quite fun listen. I'll give it a 6 but I was tempted to a put a 7. If you love Virgin Steele or Jack Starr then I don't see any reason why not searching out a copy of this. You will for sure be happier getting this than the couple last Virgin Steele albums which are just a drag, atleast this one has a reasonable playtime.

Listened to this album already a few years ago but wasn't too eager to bash the album or band prematurely. After giving it some more chances it doesn't look better. There is no good songs, only some almost good ones, like "Children Of The Storm" and "Living In Sin". "Still In Love With You" is the the only song that in any way reminds of the classic Virgin Steele sound and I'd say it's the highlight on this album because of that. The songwriting sounds somehow weird after hearing the later albums and I would say there seems to be some limitations as the songs here are quite simplistic and similar. Also DeFeis' keys sound lackluster to what he has done on later albums.

Luckily, tomorrow is another day for Virgin Steele.
