This one belongs on a "bad albums by good bands" list. Although it may be in bad taste to criticize the injured vocalist, it would require bad faith not to criticize Covan's shitty performance.
2011 Edit: Dude. Gtfo. Listening to this again right now. Really enjoying it this time around. So, fuck me.

FOR ME decapitated took the wrong direction after their 1st album and this one is their worst effort imo.it is nice for it's style but i dont like this style..

I kinda agree... i don't like this the new style very much....Gone are the days of Winds of Creation, man how i wish they made an album like that again....

To be honest, this is a fabulous album. The vocals sound a bit like Robb Flynn to me, but it is yet another priceless slab of technical death metal. Those Poles can work wonders.
