Here we have part 2 of the legend of 'The House of Atreus.' This piece of work turned into a double CD as David DeFeis and Edward Pursino still had so much creativity left after part 1 that the songs just kept coming. The album opens with one of the best metal songs ever written - 'Wings of Vengeance.' In this song, you can discover one of Virgin Steele's talents that separates them from the rest of the metal world; they like to vary the chorus ever so slightly every time it comes around, which makes for an incredible diversity (you?ll also find this on the 'Invictus' album). As the story unfolds, it is again told in many different ways: heavy, fast, double-bass driven pieces, instrumental interludes, David's voice (spoken words, whispers, screams, or haunting falsetto), and gentle ballads.

CD1 is OK , heavy , great one, thats how band shood relise last albums same way not way Manowar lame gay over epic try be more epic how its cenecery , same big boobs and penis thing who has bigger think thay are better, I realy enjoy CD 1 but CD2 agan crap, why they relise it, what was purpose, after this I will say even how week was prodiction of some 80's they were much better how this, now its not possible hav efinal judmend about band generaly

If I understand you correctly you're saying that the band's sound starts to decline on this album? If that's what you're saying I agree with you there. Act I was much better, and my personal favourite from the band, though this one isn't TERRIBLE really. The albums after this one I can't say I enjoy much at all.

No band start change after 4 albums but till Heaven it was OK, but after it it wasy pop, sympho manowar whatever not metal sound ,

Ah I see, then I definitely DON'T agree.  Yeah after Heaven they are more symphonic but they are easily superior to Manowar. After Heaven they go for more 'concept' oriented albums rather than just a collection of tracks, which it sounds like you enjoyed more.
