Bands like Desaster are always pretty funny to think about. Judging by the sound, it almost comes at a surprise to see them on a label as relatively popular as Metal Blade, yet it comes as an even bigger surprise that it isn't a sound that sees much exposure from labels like Metal Blade.

Well, this was way more enjoyable than I expected. I'm not that much into Thrash, but it was Blackened enough for me to like it a lot. I guess it just takes the more energetic riffing from Thrash, while keeping it closer to Black Metal than most other bands.
