It's OK. Pretty vanilla, as you'd expect from Pelican. They're not exactly great innovators.
I don't know about the release date, but it's already on Spotify here.

No longer on mine, either. It was taken off not long after my post, I think. Spotify's leaked several albums before release this year. Anathema was out for a while a month ago, too. Susanne Sundfor was talking on her Facebook page about how her album would be on Spotify soon, and I'd already been listening to it for two days. And so on. Dunno what's up with that. Some of it may be planned teasers, but it's almost as if they messed up the release date of this by a month. >_>

Yeah I noticed the Anathema one was there for a bit, Meshuggah too. Make you wonder what kind of quality control they have going on.
