Each demo has now been fully restored and re-mastered from the best tape sources available, specifically for this release. Also included are the tracks recorded at Oslo TV in 1989, along with a restored version of the rare song God Of Disturbance And Friction.

The cd booklet features liner notes, lyrics and rare photos of the band in their early years.

Frostland is all this + live in denmark and goatlard instrumental. I have frostland and I gotta say that this is a rip off compared to it, not only is it less stuff, but its also remastered and that probably destroyed the eerie cassette sound that Frostland kept on CD. Remastered demos tend to loose their magic for me.
