Greece has always been very undervalued in terms of Metal bands. A country that brought us bands such as Septic Flesh, Rotting Christ, Nightfall and a lot more has to be credited for bringing originality to the Metal scene on a regular basis. From 1995 to 2001, another Greek band was ravaging Europe with their recipe of Death Metal, The Elysian Fields. Well, against all odds, the band is back after 4 years of silence with what already sounds like the most innovative album of their career. Using electronic elements and combining them with their famous Melodic/Extreme Death Metal sound, the band released their 4th album entitled "Suffering G.O.D. Almighty" and Europe is in for another wave of creativity that might as well reach the shores of all continents.

Overall, not a good album, I would say. I do enjoy some moments here and there (thus, I have a 6 in total). But there are too many awkward electronic influences in this album. It seems they made the right decision to leave it like that, for the moment, back in 2005. because their first three albums were much better IMO.
