You've heard a couple hundred death metal albums, you think you've heard them all, aside from maybe some of those death-[insert gimmick sound here] type bands. Meet Trepalium, a band of considerable ingenuity without resorting to gimmicky bullshit. Just really offbeat death metal.

They're insanely groovy, funked-out death metal and they display a ton of technicality without detracting from their ability to make you dance. Very fun band.

Ah cool. They are a fun band. I love the funk elements that Harun brings to the band. I'm actually looking forward to the new one coz I'm curious to see what Harun has done after he released the Step in Fluid album

I forgot to listen to that. One of those albums I'll get around to about a year from now and show up really late to the party and be like... ya guys, you were right. This is good.

At that point the hype and discussion will have faded and I'll be left alone.

Not with Trepalium, though. I'll check it out as soon as it's released/leaked.

True say, but rarely do we venture into the same album threads.

Speaking of which, wtf are you doin' here?

Even though she seems to have bad tastes in music we should let her try and expand her musical taste by checking out bands like this

Kinda sounded like Pantera playing death metal. I dunno, I'm sure I remember these guys sounding more interesting than that.

Rating: 9 I thought this was a damn cool album. Heard the whole thing on YouTube... will definitely have to purchase this sometime in the near future.

Let The Clown Rise is such a cool track. Love the slightly alternative leanings

Rating: 9 I can't understand why this doesn't have an average rating of at least 8.
