Both progressive and extreme and original! Oh fuck, those are three things. Nevermind. Why haven't I picked this before? Because I'm an idiot, that's why.

Really enjoyable record. I wouldn't say it's innovative but the music definitely has a distinctive personality.

I agree with that, it's unique for sure but I can't see it being something that will be emulated by other bands. So not a trend-setter really, just an enjoyable peculiarity. Hopefully we get more of the same (that is something fresh and different!) from them on future albums.

If not for its originality and the quality of the first two tracks I would have given this a 6 or 5. Similar to Dissona's debut, their style needs work but has much potential. I'm excited to see what the years will bring

Edit: Scratch that - this is awesome!

This album is still amazing. The transition to a glam rock/party rock ending to Profeten remains a definitive highlight of 2012 for me, although Fem Soler and Redneck Randy are also standouts. I can't wait to hear more from these guys!

Just shy of absolute brilliance. Its only flaw to my ears is when they meander to buildups, but it's an incredibly minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Between the technical talent of the musicians and their unique compositions, this is a must-listen for anyone with an even passing interest in prog. All it needs now is a follow-up...
