It should, but the other Twilight albums are a bit meh if you ask me.

I haven't heard them, but with a line up like this, I'll be disappointed if its not aoty quality.

I agree with Joe there's nothing special about the others, but Moore joined for this album, I'm looking forward to see what happens with that. It will be interesting at least.

I want to build up some intensity for myself prior to the release, so I could check out if they had anything else to offer so far. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't recommend any of their previous efforts, but I'd recommend checking out what a guy like this can bring to a black metal album on the upcoming one.

Granted that they let him use his skills to his full potential, I can say I can't wait.
