By now Klone has a defined identity of its own, and the Tool collage argument doesn't make sense anymore. At this point, the band seems more interested in expanding their sound and taking full command of the songs. And as far as titles go, The Dreamer's Hideaway is beautifully poetic.
The best thing about Klone's music is probably the hooks, the acid riffs, the heaviness, in short: the groove, and you know it's coming. This album takes that to a new level. The band is really effective at finding a good balance between the catchy and heavy, the soft and suffocating. But why is The Dreamer's Hideaway so captivating? Because of the perfect transitions and hidden boxes. While the style is mostly direct, the band adds the progressive metal influence and little intricacies building songs that mold and shapeshift. This brings something interesting to the mix and adds a level of unpredictability keeping you on the edge of your seat.

The singers vocals/voice is just made for huge commercial radio success. Textbook.
The album has an immense sound, very powerful. Production is flawless.

Don't know if that's a compliment or not. I personally feel the vocals are perfect for this music. Man... I still can't get out their previous album out of my head, specially the Björk cover which is fucking brilliant.

It is.
Seeing only 5 people have this right now, this band isn't getting a lot of recognition and are missing out on some great tunes. The dudes voice is terrific and could be the vocals for a major, popular, radio friendly band!

Aaaah got it. You know how sometimes people (specially metalheads) say "radio-friendly" in not a positive way so I got a bit confused.
So excited to see these guys next thurday!
