Too much motorhead influence. Feel like im listening to a motorhead album with a female singer... The first album made it seem like this band had some promise but clearly I was wrong. Only highlight on this album is Zenith.

Surprises me that this album has a (slightly) higher rating than the band's great debut effort, as Starbound Beast feels duller and weaker in comparison. Sure there's some great cuts from here, namely "I Want to Fuck You to Death", "Zenith" and "Spectra Spectral", but the rest of the album I feel demonstrates a clear lack of ambition, instead relying on a mostly mid-paced plod. That said, the second half is better written and performed than the first in my opinion.
