Just banged through this album in its entirety. It's really a better album than I initially heard. Nothing new to the genre but if you like old school CoL and dig Obscure Sphinx, this is the stuff for you. I probably would rate it higher than R'Vannith's review  I am gonna give it a few more spins during 2014 and I have a feeling this will be high on my year-end list.

I liked it but I personally would have preferred some clean vocals mixed in with the harsh. I'm waiting for a female vocalist that can pull it off seemlessly (DIsclaimer: said vocalist may exist, I'm just a newbie and don't know them). As it stands, a solid 7 from me.
