Dissonant evil. The guitarist and bassist use microtones which allows for really interesting riffing.

I actually quite like the cover. Also this is really quickly becoming one of my favorite death metal acts

What kind of death metal is it?

Probably avant/ tech death. Seemingly it has some sort of crazy microtonal thing going on, but I don't know anything about music theory. Better to stick to dissonant death metal with old sounding production.

If Matty were here he'd probably call him a "busta."

This is a really great album, and it's basically how I want death metal performed these days.
