I have a really bad feeling about this album...

This is one of their best songs imo... But the rest often don't even sound like Veil of Maya at all. I had my fun listening to this once, and twas enjoyable but somehow left a strange taste in my mouth.

I think this one is my favourite. Quite enjoying the album.

For some reason I haven't bothered listening to VoM in the past, so perhaps that prevents me from experiencing the disappointment that they've changed their sound, as Uldreth suggests.

Mikasa is a very good djent song, but it really feels like Misha Mansoor wrote this entire album. Very little of what made VoM at least marginally unique is intact.

Well I prefer Periphery to Veil of Maya, so I'm perfectly fine with this change.
