This is masterpiece. True heavy metal without mercy. All songs are very good, but my few favorits are The appetite, The Procedure, Sinister Six and Across the sea of madness. Also title song Ancient evil is very great. sounds on disc its much better than last 3 cage albums.

Band take over where they left, good energetic USPM, but somehow to me it was to long, they could cut 15min there.

Solid record, it's just as massive as Hell Destroyer and almost equally enjoyable. Most of the songs here are well done, it has a cool story and finally a decent production. It's now 7 years since this was released, let's hope they will release a new album soon.
