That is not In Flames that is sounds like Friden's another band called Passenger, he just mess up with a band names a bit.

Passenger was way better than this.

This album is depressing - in flames has enough experience and talent to do much better then this crap. Even the album art is lame, and the name says it all, i'm sure the battle is about disbanding and retire - and i really hope they do. Take dark tranquility for instance, "atoma" is bloody awesome, and they are on to road as long as in flames.This is just another album where they just went to the studio and said "I fart in your general direction" to the fans.

ps: it's bad for being IN FLAMES we are talking about - a band that delivered albums thats will echo into eternity, and thus i expect an at least half way decent album, not an atrocity like battles.
btw i did enjoy "Reroute to Remain" "A Sense of Purpose" right away, but this is just unlistenable, sorry.

There is nothing metalcore about this, these are just elements of popular metal nowadays in general. Anyway, this album isn't great, but it really isn't bad, just don't treat it as an In Flames album.

Mediocre album. It has some interesting moments but those are piled under either boring or mediocre stuff. Wallflower is pretty decent imo.

For my taste this album has lost the essence of the sound of In Flemes

Do they know this thing just sound like a Linkin Park + Bullet For My Valentine mixture...
