I won't and cannot compare this album to the original one, as I'd only heard a couple of songs from the original. If remembering correctly, the original was hard to find and the production wasn't convincing enough to hear all of it.

So, to begin with, the re-recorded album seems quite essential to me (and that's not only because of the production). The song material here is superb. 55 minutes of good ol heavy the metal. I'm thinking this sound as something like Judas Priest and Iron Maiden mixture + maybe some Running Wild too. The vocals also being a coalescence of Dickinson and Halford.

About the songs I won't say much; they're superb, like I stated, definitely not any fillers or weak tracks. The production helps here a lot; especially the guitar sound is very pleasing. You can definitely find some super memorable riffs here.

What else? Ah, yes, HEAD STATUS = BANGED
