Orden Ogan have followed up Ravenhead, their shortest and most accessible album to date, with Gunmen, an album that feels more like the band's earlier works with its density and weight.

They set the bar very high with Ravenhead, so i've got big expectations for this one. Let's wait and see if it holds up to its predecessor.

As good as, if not better than, Ravenhead. Still have those blistering riffs and scalding solos. Some cheesy choruses aside, this is one badass album.

This album is chock full of awesome guitar parts. "Vampire in Ghost Town" and "Fields of Sorrow" have some of the best riffs they've ever written in my opinion.

It has some cool riffs but not enought to compensate for the rest. I dont know, for me they focused too much on the synth in Ravenhead and this time they followed the same path, only that I can't remember a single song after listening to it, Ravenhead at least have "Ravenhead" (one of their greatest songs ever)

Agreed about "Ravenhead," best on the album for sure. Also agreed that some of the songs are pretty unmemorable. Gunmen suffers a bit from that too unfortunately, especially in the second half.

The only track that I really enjoyed is "Forlorn And Forsaken". I must admit that this band bores me somehow, and the main reason is the limited vocal capabilities of the singer in addition to the uninteresting vocal melodies and vocal choirs during most of the choruses which distinguishes this band's sound somehow, but also makes their songs suffer by making them sounds very similar. What I like about them is their tight rhythmic riffs accompanied with similar drum patterns and some good solos thrown here and there.
