Is this re-recording worth listening to?
I love the original album, so should I give this re-recording a chance?

"The Quaker"
It's strange, never thought I'm going to criticise Blackie's performance but his delivery is often not on point, either off-time of tonally not quite there - as if it was a lazy take. Interestingly enough his high notes are never the problem. Instruments wise it's great, especially the drums. The mix I find a bit lackluster too, but for the most part successfully tries to imitate the original. They should take some notes on the production, since every recent WASP album sounds exactly the same and that emphasizes the generic songwriting more and more.
