Hard to really call these guys just hip hop anymore (if they ever were purely that), I mean here Shitshow is like a frenetic grind number, Black Paint is super grungey, Death Grips Is Online brings that hardcore/industrial feel from Jenny Death, plus all the odd electronic and trip hop type influences elsewhere on the album. Amazing how so many disparate influences are crammed into < 40 minutes of music yet the transitions all sound so natural.

I didn't like it as much as The Bottomless Pit (nothing as good as Hothead or Spikes here IMO), but I enjoyed it. But I really wish they had a less unpleasant album cover; I know it shouldn't matter but I can barely stand to look at it
