From their Facebook page: "Heir to Despair" is out today. It's alread everywhere on the Internet so I am sure many of you already illegally downloaded it. Now you all know what I've been saying about it is true. Just give me your honest opinion on the album. Don't pretend to like it after only one spin. You really gotta love Sigh.

When Sigh use flute, do they become Fligh? In all seriousness though, phenomenal album. Not that they've never been, but also somehow a lot catchier and bouncier than I remember Sigh being for a while. 3:20 on this is a real "riff of the year" candidate.

I loved the music of this album, but just can stomach the vocals. Not the vocals per se, but how they are used... I felt it distracts from the great music going on.

I miss the more prominent sax on some of the recent albums. Flute seems to have taken it's spot on this one.

Vocals remind me heavily of !TOOH! at times, I haven't really listened to Sigh too much, but I like the progressive approach with the extreme amount of variation in literally every aspect. Fast, slow, melody, heaviness. Different song structures and vocal approaches. Fun listen for sure.
