Fleshpress was a name I had never heard of until a couple of days ago. I saw that cover art, and thought "Oh, man, what the hell is this going to sound like?" I seriously did not know what to expect. Electronic grind? J-Pop doom? No, the album art never affects the music, but Hulluuden Muuri's just intrigued me so much that I had to listen. While it turned out not to be J-Pop doom, it was pretty fucking great.

I have a Deja vu I've heard atleast one of this band's earlier stuff but can't remember so have to start afresh, no other go. And also because everything about this band looks delicious.

These guys are pretty fucking awesome. They have the weird tendency to completely disappear from my mind even though I own 2 full lengths and 2 EPs by them which I love. I was talking with Marcel about them when the news about this album got out and he felt the exact same way as I do hahahaha.

Really, really overlooked band.

Really, really overlooked band.

QFT. Pillars, No Return, Tearing Skyholes, and now this one are all great albums. Their other material is good as well, although I'd say the ones I listed standout. If you haven't listened to this yet, then you definitely should, Rod. Think you'll be pleased.
