This is how it should be: long, nice and easy, and sinewy. I'm talking about good prog, of course. And that is exactly what you'll find in March Of Progress. No big tricks, just good songs really.

Give the new Headspace album a try. It's giving me good feeling about what his vocals will sound like on this album.

I did, and expressed my opinion about the album some place around here; Wilson's vocals have improved somehow.

But I like Mac's vocals more, he will be missed.

Definitely, Mac's vocals are what drew me into Threshold in the first place.

Same thing with me. I'm not sure if this album will work out for me for I was never into to Damian's voice, but I'll give all the chances I can get. They deserve it.

I like the cover, quite clever and continues Threshold's nature themes.
Nature, by means of spikes, stop the hands of man from harming the living butterfly.

Judging from the just-released single "Ashes", Damian give an incredible performance. I didn't think it was possible, but now I'm looking forward to this one even more.

Great album, but a few of songs are quite boring and there is a bit of Threshold's thunder missing. Definitely is more emotional than any album I remember. No real amazing songs, but the whole CD is filled with decent tracks.

Still a great album, 8.4 overall.

Nice album, very pleasant solos and soft album sound. I'm not a fan of prog but that one is great.

Threshold should be right up my alley style wise... but the songwriting on this album is mediocre for the most part. "Ashes" is excellent though... have to try some other albums.

If you are not yet aware, check out Damien's other project from 2012. The band is called Headspace- I Am Anonymous....if you like progressive metal you'll likely love this album as much as March of Progress. You will likely enjoy the prior 3-4 Threshold albums if you dig March of Progress. I jumped on board with them at Dead Reckoning & then worked backwards thru their album catlog....i've not been disappointed except for being so late in finding them. Hope you enjoy the show as they are now one of my favorite bands & that likely will not ever change !

After the sad loss of Andrew "Mac" Mcdermott, the band took 5 years to release a new record and recovered old time friend and singer Damian Wilson back in 2012. March of Progress is an excellent Prog metal CD, really mature, heavy, and consistent. The whole band and Damian did a really great job, this record suits him perfectly. Highlights for me are "Ashes", "Staring at the Sun", "Liberty Complacency Dependency", "The Hours" and "The Rubicon".
