Good stuff here. Kerry is a good friend and old roommate of mine. Phenomenal guitarist. All fans of Metalcore/Deathcore should check this album out.

you tried

I like to think I did, but I also knew going into it that I'm also preaching to a website of people who, in general, aren't very inclined towards the -core stuff; unless it's like some sludgy, raunchy, underground hardcore stuffs.

Did you just happen in here randomly and comment based on my Staff Pick and comment, or have you actually listened to any of it and have an opinion? I'm not trying to be a dick (I realize my question could be misinterpreted that way w/out audible emotion), I am genuinely curious if you've listened to it, and what you think of it.

I came in based on the staff pick. Haven't listened to it yet. Maybe I will, just to please you. But everything aesthetic about it, from the band name to the album title to the cover art just reminds me too much of dudebro bands like Hellyeah and it's a bit repugnant.

Hmm. Well, I can tell you they're not like Hellyeah at all. Lol. More along the lines of bands like Whitechapel, Thy Art Is Murder and JFAC's Doom EP.

Which I'm sure is probably still not exactly your cup of tea, but oh well. I'd still appreciate it if somebody around here would check it out. Lol
