Biography

Dreyelands are a melodic progressive metal band from Hungary which was formed in 2002 by András Ádám Horváth (guitars) and Gergely Springer (bass). Later Péter Ilovszky (guitar), Nyeste József (vocals) and Omar Gassama (drums) joined them. The band became a whole when Zoltán Kas (keyboards) joined them. At this point they mostly played cover songs, but they already started working on their own material too. In 2004 Péter Ilovszky and József Nyeste lest the band. Zalán Kiss took the place of the guitarist for a short time and Miljic Nikola became the new singer. They released a demo in 2003.
Their debut album 'Rooms Of Revelation' showcases the bands versatile attitude for music being a tasty mixture of the metallic and the melodic side of progressive and power metal, combined with a touch of 80s AOR/hard rock music.
