Band started in 2003, in Downers Grove, IL. Their musical style has been described as melodic-metal, folk metal, viking metal, melodic-death metal, brutal speed metal.
They are a fast, powerful, guitar centered style of metal, influenced by bands such as Iron Maiden, Amon Amarth, Sonata Arctica, Children Of Bodom, and In Flames as well as a strong classical influence.
Since 2004, they played two United States tours, opened up for Dark Tranquility, Opeth, Devin Townsend, Finntroll, and DevilDriver.
