Chaos Inception was formed in early 2008 by ex-Fleshtized members Gary White and Matt Barnes. Cam Pinkerton was soon added on Bass. Chris White joined the band on Vocals in March.
In November 2010, Chaos Inception parted ways with Cam, who later rejoined to record the bass on the upcoming second album. Former Convergence From Within Guitarist Matt Odom assisted the band in a prior show commitment on December 10, 2010.

Our goal is to create and execute death metal of the highest caliber, devoid of any lame trends. The debut album "Collision with Oblivion" was released through Brutalized Records (Colombia) in 2010.

In 2011, Chaos Inception signed with Lavadome Productions to release "The Abrogation," which has cemented the band's status as a force to contend with in the death metal arena. The album has been met with international critical acclaim, furthering the objectives of Chaos Inception: Trend-free, ancient, and virulent death metal.

In July of 2015, Cam Pinkerton and Chris White left the band. Chaos Inception now consists of founding members Gary White and Matt Barnes who are currently rehearsing songs - 9 of which are complete, and 3 more are in the demo stages - for their next album. This next album marks a return to the creative vision of the founders of the band - from the wellspring of will to power and the sublimation of violent force to the reification of the phantasmal mythos of ancient malevolence beyond yet within.
