Fjorsvartnir is a melodic black metal band, from Copenhagen, Denmark.

The band consists of only Fjorgynn in the studio, as well as in the creative process.
Onslaugther also record some keyboard parts.

Fjorgynn formed this project ages ago, but first in January 2007 it got its name, and was ready to be published.
The first serious recordings of he's first demo 'A Praise To My Ancestors Preponderance' started in the end of 2008, and ended in January 2009.
It was re-released digital through Grom Records in the beginning of 2013.

In November 2010 he went to the studio again, to record the next full length album 'Legions Of The North'. It was released March 2012 through Grom Records, followed up with tons of only great reviews from, around the world.

He is now working on the next full length album that he recorded through the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014.

After several gigs in Denmark, it is now about time to cross the borders, and let other countries enjoy Fjorsvartnir live! Therefore we are now trying to get in contact with as many bookers and promoters as possible.
