The name Isengard came from a city in Tolkein's epic "The Lord Of The Rings".
Also the creature in Isengard's logo was taken from an old "Lord Of The Rings" RPG called MERP (Middle Earth Roleplaying). The original illustration represents Thuringwethil, the vampire from Tolkien's book "The Silmarillion". |
