| Wow Nightwish as well now. I know they've been there before but didn't see them making a return, I'll definitely be seeing what they're like live. |

I'm pretty sure they do a shuttle bus from Lichfield - and you can get there by train I do believe... |
It's gonna be so good
Looking forward to Opeth for the second time (anyone else go to Defenders Of The Faith?), Nightwish, At The Gates and Soilwork, hoping to discover some new bands too...
See you all there! |

woo! nice!! maybe I will see you there this year! haha
Timmy.. no, I am not a fan of Opeth but I am sure to see them maybe three times this year at festivals - maybe that will make me like them.
anyway, forget all them bands that are all popular and pushed at you by Metal Hammer - the good stuff there are the bands like Helloween, Primal Fear, Destruction, Akercocke, Iced Earth, Napalm Death, Moonsorrow, Kataklysm.. etc.. |

Don't forget Communic, they are an awesome live band you definitely don't want to miss! |
| yeh! I will make sure I get a good spot for them too - my interest has risen since reviewing their album. haha, it was quite good indeed! Nevermore were one of the best bands last year, so we'll see how these are! |
hm the line up doesn't look as good as last year but OPETH! itll make up for missing them on their last tour. hell boa will be fantastic anyway.
@BAZ - dude you gonna write a review? |
| Yep, of course I will - it will be my duty to! |

i know this is old, but Primal Fear is supporting Priest in their show here. how's that!
anyway, i think Nightwish is kinda too soft compared to the other bands playing(Dimmu for example) |
Great bands every day! |

| So many fucking good bands going, they keep getting better and better each year. Only another 5 weeks left! |
Seeing Tyr again would be magnificent....
Bloody hell...
I was supposed to go last year...Was going to go mainly for Korpiklaani...
Of course I didn't wind up going, and it's a damn shame.
This line-ups looking really great, though. I've seen a good portion of those bands.
Should be a wicked time for those attending! |

| It's only 4 days away now, I'm getting fucking excited! |
I will be going there on the 14th seeing as the bands start so early on the Friday..
it seems like I have only just got back from Wacken and now this..
I think I am looking forward to this not just for the bands, but to see my friends again!!
Really though.. the first day is a monster! I can't wait! |
| Weather forecast: heavy rain the whole festival. Damn. |
| Please go and watch Metalloid for who are fans of Power/heavy Metal |
The Berzerker have been added as special guests on the second stage on Saturday
I'm gonna die in that pit...
And weather warning folks; looks like we're all gonna drown. I'll see you guys tomorrow |
Yep! I am going down tomorrow for Marshall Law too - they were great in 2006 and will be even better now they have some new material for us!
The weather I don't think will help anything though, I just hope it will be bearable! |
