Looks like it.
Hahahaha, at least I get to see more bands than you in Antwerp and Bas in Switzerland.
Wel,, I'll just have to play with myself then. |

That's true less hassle for you. And thanks for more or less getting me there but next time it would be easier to cover it with two people instead of one. |

Of those bands I've only seen Obituary and Heidevolk so far. And Heidevolk were clearly more worthwhile. |

Heidevolk is awesome.
It was a great edition. Especially Heidevolk, Moonspell, Behemoth and Obituary _O_ |

I disagree about Obituary, although I am a huge Obituary fan I fiound their performance boring and uninspiring and uninterested plsu the volume was way too low. And why the hell was ONLY Trevor Perez playing guitar.
Best band by far for me yesterday and the reason I missed the first 15 minuets opf the Obituary gig was Anaal nathrakh, those guys slayed.
Heidevolk was great too, I don't like them on cd bu tlive is something different, especially playing het Gelders volkslied ( well I was raised in gelderland so...)
Root was crap IMO, Extreme Noise Terror was crap too, napalm death was alright, Behemoth was good, as was The Monolith Deathcult and Dew-Scented, Scarve was quite hard to get into but Dirk Verbueren's drumming was once again the highlight of the day. Mystica was nothing special at all. A great day nonetheless, though tiring when you wanna see every single band and keep on running between the small and large venue LOL |

Lol yeah, I heard the other guy got kicked out (Obituary) because some shit going on. Heidevolk is awesome live, but getting better on cd (compared the first cd and newest single, waaaay better). Root was funny to see but crap yeah. Missed Extreme Noise Terror because Moonspell ruled.
Moonspell ruled. Damn, they ruled. |

I 've just red the review. (a little late):)
I agree with you on everything.
ENT was not that good at all, but I was so excited to see them, that I forgot to listen;)
I liked AN a lot, but there 's some work on their performance IMO

Thanks for the info.
Some younger friends of mine were asking for No Mercy for more then a year and I couldn't answer them right.

| And if I'm correctly informed Johan from Amsterdam was the guy behind it. Just recently he fucked up Malevolent Creation's "Death Before Dishonor" tour under the name X Factor Booking Agency. And that Monstrosity/Helstar/Samael/whatever tour never came into existence either - and I'm pretty sure it was Ex-Metallysee behind it again. So yeah, No Mercy Festival is pretty damn dead. Even if he'd announce a new one I wouldn't be so sure whether it would take place. |

Actually Metallyssee was a Belgian company.
I don't think think Yohan (and NOT Johan) and Jenny (the two behind X Factor Booking Agency, which is Metallysee doing operation under a new name) are from Amsterdam though. |
