It really pisses me of that I can't go to this.

Why is Alestorm always on those tours?

Why is Alestorm always on those tours?

BECAUSE THE PIMPLY METAL YOUTHS OF TODAY HAVE NO OTHER PURPOSE IN LIFE BUT TO PISS YOU(MARCEL) OFF BY SUPPORTING CRAP FOLK METAL BANDS AND TOURS THAT OSTENSIBLY COME ROUND YOUR AREA!! I CALL FOR A CRUSADE!!!

What pisses me off, although I dislike folk metal, is that the Paganfest tours almost always have more or less the same line-up from year to year hardly any variation there and only the well-known established Century Media/Nuclear Blast pop up on them. Not a single surprise on these line-ups

well, yeah, it's always a korpiklaani/monsorrow/finntroll shuffle it seems. i'm surprised at seeing Dornenreich though, have you listened to them? they're very interesting and definitely NOT a band i would put on the same tour with Alestorm and Finntroll. i'm not saying those bands are crap, Alestorm is simply the best band to get drunk and have impossible amounts of fun and Finntroll isn't far behind, but Dornenreich would be more fitting on a tour with Alcest or something.

Same for Primordial who were on the billing of the last tour with Finntroll.
