This is the best lineup PPUK have ever had. Wolverine are worth the price alone then you add Circus Maximus, Diablo Swing Orchestra and Vanden Plas and it's unbelievable. Thy Majestie sound kinda average and Power Quest are ultra bland but funny to laugh at. I haven't heard Serenity yet but they're supporting Kamelot so I'll see what they're like soon enough.

And another headliner is still to be confirmed as well as 3 other bands! I'm hoping for Riverside, Freak Kitchen or Pain of Salvation to be the headliner (although I think POS is unlikely). Either way, I'll probably be there with the boyfriend stocking up on cheap obscure prog CDs.

So I was just filling my annual leave vacation for 2008 and thinking when exactly should I take those (I mean seriously filling these out in 07 for the 08 is ridiculous!!) So Anyways, I stumble onto this event, and now i know where I will be at in the end of March already bought the ticket!! yay

where abouts are going to be staying when you are here?

I don't know if I will be coming to this event.. I hardly know any of the bands.. but I guess I have time to investigate.. so who knows

Well I am leaning more towards booking at the Premier Apartments Bristol, it is really the cheapest option i found closer to the venue

This lineup is really good, it is worth it to check those bands out, hell i am flying from Kuwait to see them

I so want to go! This is an amazing line up. I have wanted to see Brainstorm, Thunderstone and Power Quest live since I first heard a song by each! I nearly got to see Power Quest last year until Bloodstock cancelled their indoor show I had a ticket for. Hopefully if my dissertation is going well I'll be able to go. That's if the ticket shop decides it wants to work again. (Its not working at the moment)
