Swedish-Danish metal band Amaranthe is showcasing everything its three singers have to offer in their new song "Digital World" by premiering a new video for it. This is one of the songs from their latest album, Massive Addictive. Opening with a heavy guitar riff, we get to hear Henrik Englund's death metal sound before Elize Ryd and Jake E come in with a catchy duet. Watch their latest video here.
With a new single out as previously reported here, called "Drop Dead Cynical", the Swedish metallers Amaranthe now give us a video for the track. The video is described as "over the top in all the right ways. There's more than a dozen MMA fighters, cheerleaders and lots and lots of pyro." Sweden's Amaranthe announce that they will release their third full-length album Massive Addictive via Spinefarm Records on October 21st, 2014. The follow-up to The Nexus album was tracked at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark with the sound sorcerer Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Epica) at the helm. Dutch outfit Within Temptation will be taking their newest album Hydra to North American for a string of tour dates later this year. The 12 dates will be part of the North American leg of their Hydra World Tour, which launched in Finland in February. Opening all shows will be metallers Amaranthe.
Good news for Amaranthe fans. The follow-up to The Nexus (winner of Best Industrial / Cyber / Electronic Metal Album on Metal Storm Awards 2013) is coming out this year already. The band has confirmed an autumn 2014 release date for their new as yet untitled studio album via Spinefarm Records.
Amaranthe have shared today their brand new video for the track "Invincible". The video was directed by Patric Ullaeus and shot on location in Hollywood, Las Vegas, the Nevada desert and the Grand Canyon, among other locations. The Swedes Amaranthe are going through a line-up change. The band just announced that Andreas Solveström has chosen to step down as the growl vocalist in Amaranthe. His reasons are personal and the split is amicable and friendly, and not the result of any hard feelings. And since the band is not planning to slow down, they have welcomed a new member: Henrik Englund Wilhelmsson (Scarpoint), who filled in for Andy on their latest European and American tour.
"Burn With Me", the new video from Swedish melodic metallers Amaranthe has been premiered. The clip was directed by Patric Ullaeus of Revolver Film Company. "Burn With Me" is the band's new single which was released yesterday and the iTunes version of the single will feature an exclusive acoustic version, previously only available in Japan. Swedish metalcore/power metal band Amaranthe has announced a headlining Finnish tour, scheduled for March 2013. This tour, of which all dates can be seen below, will go through right before their Nordic Nexus Of Nemesis Tour 2013, a co-headlining European tour with Finnish power metallers Stratovarius.

Swedish melodic metallers Amaranthe (featuring Dragonland, Dreamland, Nightrage and Mercenary members) are set to record the band's second full-length release. The band will enter the studio on September 24th to record the as of yet unnamed record and follow-up to the 2011 self-titled release for Spinefarm Records. The band will work again with producer Jacob Hansen in his Hansen studios in Ribe, Denmark and the album is set for a tentative early 2013 release.
