After the recent release of the well-received Under The Red Cloud worldwide, Amorphis have shared a new video today. The chosen song was their single "Death Of A King" taken from the fresh new album. The Finnish metallers will have a busy end of the year with a European tour scheduled for November/December alongisde Nightwish. Before that, in October, the outfit will perform on their home turf in Finland.

Later this year, Amorphis will be heading out on tour with Nightwish and Arch Enemy but they have more tricks up their sleeve. In fact, you can expect the band's new album pretty soon, around September. The Finns started off the year by demoing new songs for their upcoming 12th studio album and will start pre-production this March in Helsinki with producer Jens Bogren. The album recordings will begin in April at Bogren's Fascination Street Studio in Stockholm. What will they bring to the table on their next album? We will have to wait and see.

The Finnish melodic metal band Amorphis are hitting the road in late December in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their 1994 legendary release Tales From The Thousand Lakes. The Swedish band Avatarium is joining them on this celebration.
Currently touring in Europe, the Finns Amorphis will perform a special show at the Olavinlinna Castle on July 13th, 2014 as part of the Savonlinna Opera Festival held in Savonlinna, Finland. The program for the Amorphis concert will include songs from their most recent album Circle and from the Eclipse album retelling the story of Kullervo.
