If you love progressive symphonic metal, there's good news! Edenbridge just revealed a little bit more about their upcoming new album, The Great Momentum, their first in four years. Feast your eyes on the cover artwork below, a co-production by Anthony Clarkson and drummer Johannes Jungreithmeier. The song titles were also unveiled.
The Bonding is finally getting a follow-up! Symphonic metallers Edenbridge just announced their new album. Moreover, they will enter the studio in June to record their 9th full length album, titled The Great Momentum. The record will be released by Steamhammer/SPV in February 2017.
Edenbridge have a treat for their fans. The Austrian symphonic metallers are releasing next year a 6-disc DVD package, The History So Far..., to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the band. It will have a running time of approximately 9 hours, spanning over their entire career, starting from the very beginnings with the pre-band Cascade to the present.
Voiciano is the new acoustic project of the Edenbridge singer Sabine Edelsbacher and Lanvall (grand piano, acoustic guitars and other string instruments, percussion). Voiciano is based on acoustic instruments exclusively, mainly the grand piano. However many other instruments like acoustic guitars, hammered dulcimer, kacapi, bouzouki, mandolin, saz and diverse percussion instruments are appearing. Sabine and Lanvall were also able to get some great guests for the album. Most of them are longtime friends. The album Everflow will be released over their own label in Spring 2014.

The Bonding will be the new offering from symphonic metallers Edenbridge which will hit stores on June 21st in Germany, June 24th through the rest of Europe and on July 2nd in North America under the SPV/Steamhammer banner. The anticipation for the album has now started building as the band released the first teaser for it. However, we will have to wait a bit longer to know more album details.
Austrian symphonic metallers Edenbridge are pleased to welcome their new bass player Wolfgang Rothbauer. Wolfgang is a long time friend of the band and has been collaborating with the drummer Max Pointner in In Slumber project and with guitarist Dominik Sebastian in Thirdmoon.

Austrian symphonic metallers Edenbridge have revealed that they plan to release a new album this year. Guitarist and keyboardist Lanvall checked in with the following band update: "The past year brought a big challenge and many changes for nearly all in the band, personally and professionally, so Edenbridge had to step back into the second row temporarily. Furthermore I was struck by a family tragedy through the suicide of my father, which I had to come to terms with and still have to. Moments, where nothing is as it was before."
After the successful release of their latest studio effort Solitaire Edenbridge is now set to play in Vietnam come December for the first time ever. The show will take place on the International Sailing Festival 2010; Therefore Sabine and Lanvall were invited to Hanoi in the beginning of October to make promotion for the festival and do an acoustic performance on the Chao Ha Noi International Festival.
